Any injury, dispute, or cancellation that may occur as a result of a matched fight

3. User Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older. Users under 18 must have consent from a coach or legal guardian.
All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for the confidentiality and activity on your account.

4. Fighter Responsibilities

Keep their medical certificates and boxing licenses current and valid
Represent their bout history truthfully
Only accept matches they are fit and prepared to attend
Notify their gym or coach of all accepted match activity

5. Gym Responsibilities

Post accurate information about shows and match needs
Only request fighters that meet show regulations
Handle travel, insurance, and pre-fight arrangements independently
Monitor the reliability of their gym's associated accounts

6. Anonymity and Privacy

Fighters may choose to hide identifying information (e.g., bout number, gym name) until a match is mutually accepted
We will only share contact details once both parties accept and payment is confirmed
All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

7. Payment & Refund Policy

Stripe is used for secure payments
A fee is required to unlock full match details (paid by both parties)
Subscription plans may be available and auto-renew unless cancelled
No refunds will be issued after match contact is revealed

8. Cancellations & Penalties

Pull-outs within 7 days of a confirmed match may incur a penalty fee
Excessive cancellations or false information may result in account suspension
Reliability scores are tracked and visible to other users

9. Platform Use Restrictions

Create fake profiles or misrepresent your experience or gym status
Use the platform for non-boxing or unrelated commercial activity
Harass, spam, or threaten any other user

10. Dispute Resolution

We do not intervene in disputes over matches or fight outcomes
